Are Skin Rocks products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proudly cruelty-free and do not test on animals. The majority of our range is vegan; please check the specific product description for the vegan-certified symbol.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I use your retinoids if I have sensitive skin?
