At Skin Rocks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original boxes and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
